Carpet is very soft and clean. Especially clean in high traffic areas. My carpet is 13 yrs old and it looks great.

Area rugs not cleaned thoroughly; bedroom carpet has trail lines left behind from cleaning equipment after drying. Unable to reach company via phone as I was disconnected 3 times while attempting. VERY disappointing, especially when I have also used Zerorez to clean carpets at my place of employment. I would like area rugs recleaned (problem areas) and bedroom carpet recleaned to remove trail lines.

I was very impressed with the cleaning of my bathroom tile and the detailed explanation I was given about the issues we have. I’ve wanted to call for several years but never did until we decided to redo our bathroom. It was definitely worth it.
The technician was a very pleasant young man. he explained the processes used and kept me informed during the entire process. My floors & grout look great and my walk-in shower is like new.
Staff was timely, professional, and tidy. They showed up right on time, told me their process for cleaning and how much the cost would be and left no marks from vacuum hoses or puddles of water. Carpets looked beautiful. This is my second time using Zerorez and will use them in the future.
