I like that the guys are clean cut and well-mannered. I like that they listen to my needs and work to make their time inside my home as efficient as possible. With five young children, having anyone into our home is a big deal. The carpets always look amazing when they are finished. They offer service that is rooted in the desire to truly serve someone else. It is rare and much appreciated!

He was quick and honest about what he could or couldn't do.

The smell of the carpets and the pre-treatment smell awesome. And quality of service and professional service that was provided by (Kadajah) was excellent. Highly recommended her. She went over and beyond to get the work done. The only thing I was a little disappointed (which this was asked before the appointment and I was told no) about was there an extra cost being on the third floor. I paid it anyway but it wasn't until she was ready to begin that I got it with an extra charge. I would still use these guys again and I find their product was way better then others I have used in the past. Ask for Kadajah to do your service she did a great job!!!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Technicians Collin Clark and Dale Taylor we’re prompt and professional, put on shoe covers and wore clean uniforms, introduced themselves before entering my home. Kept asking if I had any questions and if I was satisfied with the results. Told me about the material my carpet was made of, stuff I didn’t even know. I could tell they really were proud of the service they provide and were as excited as I was to see the visible difference in my old carpet. My home smells clean and fresh now, and the carpet was dry to the touch in @4 hours, with no tacky soap residue. We won’t use anyone else.

This is the first time in many years using Zerorez/ I liked the idea that the carpet was not soaking wet after it was cleaned, and it dried in a timely manner.

There are deep marks on both ends where it was hung! The one end looks like it could be steamed up but the other end looks like the yarn is missing!
