You technician fail to clean about 70 square ft of tile that was identified to him:on arrival.

Your customer service folks were very accommodating and offered to send the tech back out or refund that portion of the job. We opted for the refined. It’s too difficult to make time to again be at home and have a 3 hour window for arrival.

This is really a shame because he did a good job on the carpets and rest of the house.

They called ahead asking if they could come earlier than the appointment time. He wore foot protectors, was very professional and respectful. I told him about certain areas that I couldn't get clean and he assured me after the first washing if I was not happy with the results, he would redo those spots. He moved tables and chairs and was very careful with the furniture. We liked the results of the tile so we asked him to do the area rugs as well. I am very pleased with how it all turned out and would highly recommend them.

Did a great job

Unfortunately my carpets really did not turn out great, $180 for the same stains we had still there.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the 2 guys who cleaned our carpets on Saturday, April 14. They did an outstanding job!

After several days of drying, there is absolutely no trace of any of the stains. Often times, the stains will reappear to a lesser degree after the carpets are totally dry. I know they worked extra hard on some of them. I had repeatedly worked on some of these stains for the past 6 months with different cleaners. They are now totally gone!

The carpets are soft and look brand new. We have had carpet cleaning companies in the past, but we think this is the best result we have seen. My husband keeps saying how good his office and the stairs look. Also no lingering chemical smell, which is very important to us.

We are very pleased. Thanks for a great job!

We've now used Zerorez a number of times with the same great results: carpets look much better than with previous companies. As a retired military member, I like the "positive control" aspects of the process. By that I mean from start to finish the customer is informed of all aspects of the service visit as to arrival times, processes to be used, expectations for carpet cleaning outcome, etc. In all cases technicians are well-trained in their trade and all have been top drawer folks with solid work ethics as well as good customer relations skills.
