The technicians we're very professional and efficient. They were able to get the dirt out of my new carpet. They cleaned my couch and now it looks like it is brand new. I am very impressed with the empowered water. The prices were very reasonable. Would definitely recommend Zerorez to ally family and friends.
I have to say I was not going to use Zerorex the last time I used your service but ended up doing it anyway because you were able to get me on the schedule pretty much immediately. That was quite perfect. I was not impressed by the guy the LAST time though. This time I was happy to see it was not the same man. But he was not exatly prompt and I say that because I think I was the first customer for the day and I would feel differently had I not been the first so not being prompt was a dissappointment. What really bothered me was two things. First, he kept talking to me over and over again as if I had NEVER owned carpet before and NEVER had them cleaned. This is my commercial building (and I also have owned homes with carpet for 27 years) but I told him to please, I don't need his "first timer" talk, just needed him to clean the carpet. This continued throughout the whole visit. Second issue: In the beginning of him working he had his wife and child on speaker phone. I heard the whole conversation and didn't want to. It didn't end there because he was almost half way through cleaning my office,and every time I had seen him, he had his cell phone in one hand looking at it while he had the carpet cleaner in the other. I was going to video him doing it but couldn't take it anymore and told him to put the cell phone away and CLEAN MY CARPETS! I was paying WAY TOO MUCH MONEY ($400) for him to give only half attention to my carpets! I was furious! I do have to say the job he ended up doing was good and the office smelled nice for the next few days. Hard to like Zerorex though from the last two guys situations. The person who scheduled my appointment went above and beyond though. I appreciated that.
Totally professional staff. I like the fact that the process leaves no chemicals. On line billing is convenient.

Your Technician, Michael, did a great job in removing several stains which we thought would not come out.His neatness, and attention to detail was excellent Appointment was on time and all aspects of the procedure was explained . Ws were totally satisfied with the results. Would recommend without reservation.

I would never put a surfactant on my carpet. Your empowered water approach leaves no residue. the spots and gone and don't come back. Techs are educated and know their business. Highly recommend !
