Extremely pleased with everything, The young men were polite, Hard-working and professional. I believe this company used less water than previous companies have, and I believe the carpet was cleaned well and not soaked, It dried in a few hours. I like the fact that they even brought in a high powered fan from their truck, and used it in areas while they were completing the job, just show signs of going that extra step.
They also did not try to talk me into lots of “extras”, pumping up the charges, Like previous
Companies have done.
I will definitely call This company back in the future and even request the same tech on the job.

I was very impressed with our technician, Corey. He was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The product he used to clean our carpets removed the few stains we had, and made the carpet feel and smell clean and fresh. We also had Corey apply a scotchguard to prevent future stains. We will definitely use Zerorez next year for our annual carpet cleaning.
The technician arrived exactly at my appointment time, cleaned all my requested areas so they look beautiful and removed all signs that a dog lives in the house!

The primary purpose of me calling Zerorez was to clean my grout. I indicated to the person I talked to when making the appt that the tile was in good shape but the grout was requiring me to work hard at cleaning it. She assured me that your cleaning technique would do the job. While I understand you have no way of knowing the condition of the floor until you’re there, the technician on-site seemed pleased with the work and told my husband that the grout that still looked dark would appear clean once it dried. It did not. The tile looks great, but maybe grout is not your specialty.
