I was very impressed with Zerorez, literally from my initial phone conversation all the way to the completion of the service. I wanted to schedule a deep cleaning of all the floors in a home we are about to purchase. Alexis was wonderful in looking at the online photos with me, and really took her time with the estimate, going room to room. Of course the final estimate was in person, the day of the cleaning, and they were very close! The guys that came by were polite, wore masks due to COVID, took their time to explain everything and even double checked their math to make sure we received correct pricing. I was a little concerned over one room that had a dog odor from the previous owner. They did a great job in every room.

The results were amazing and I will definitely use Zerorez again. My only complaint is that after the technician left, I walked into my master closet and it was not cleaned. We had walked in when he first arrived, so I’m assuming he completely forgot to do that room. I should have walked in each room before he left, so that’s on me. Other than that, he did a great job.

First, you get the carpets clean in rental homes. Your techs are fast and effective and always polite and careful of the premises. I've used you several times and will continue to do so. Your prices are reasonable and I feel no need to shop around. Until next time!

My technician did a great job. The only thing is that there were some spots missed like behind the doors and some areas that were less visible. I think the solution didn't reach those areas.
