carpet turned out nice
I have used Zerorez at my previous home in Atlanta and was pleased with the service and the quality of the work. When they had the sale of three rooms for $99.00, I decided to try them here in Nocatee though my rugs were in good shape. They came on time and no surprises. While they were here, I had them clean a 5x8 rug in my bedroom for $40.00. Russell my my tech who was thorough , polite and did a great job. Definitely will use again. My rugs look brand new once again.

The technician that came out was extremely professional and explained everything being done. He also gave me options on additional services that you provided. I didn't know you cleaned tiles and grout and he told me that you do he even measured for possible future services. He explained to me how important it was to not put the furniture with wooden legs on the carpet until dry because the would would permanently stain the wet carpet. He also gave me four little plastic pieces to put under the legs of my furniture to prevent this. Not to mention that the carpet looks great and it was not soaked.

The gentleman was on time and very professional. He also did a great job removing blood from a carpet that happened when my husband fell. I will definitely use the service again and advise others to do the same. The cost was also reasonable compared to other companies!

Prior to having our floor done, my husband asked that they clean under the refrigerator too. The person we spoke with expressed doubt they would do that citing that you don't really move furniture. Mind you we had removed ALL of our furniture and belongings ourselves and the refrigerator is on wheels.
This inserted doubt in both our minds as to whether or not a thorough job would be done before you even arrived.
After the floor was done my husband realized he'd forgotten about the floor in the pantry. Had the technician mentioned this, we could have easily removed the stuff on the floor for him.to clean. Seeing that you presumably do this on a regular basis it seems that should have been asked if we wanted done.
It just felt as if you wanted to get in and out with as little effort as possible rather than focusing on doing the best for your customer.
We our happy with the results for the most part but this just left a bitter taste in our mouths.
Great customer service...best product
Mitch was great and very knowledgeable of the product. Most importantly during this pandemic he wore his mask and exercised social distancing while walking me to each room to examine the results before leaving the property. He also pointed out the troubled spots that he couldn't fully remove. I really appreciated his thoroughness and honesty. Will definitely recommend Mitchell and/or Gerrard.
