The carpets don't look much better than before. There is snake like streaking in the hall way and living room where the technician sprayed whatever chemical he used before cleaning. I realize the carpet is old, but it has been cleaned before with much better results.

Finally got my tile and grout cleaned and sealed! I've been talking about getting it done for years and finally did it. Wish I had done it a long time ago. Austin at Zerorez was awesome. He was friendly and professional. If you've been thinking about getting it done, definitely call them!

I am very happy about carpet cleaning but couch is a different story. It seems each time I had my couch cleaned, there’s some inadequacy. Not sure if it’s the problem of tools or product. I had a green love seat cleaned this time and after it dried, it has some distinct markings on it, like some area got a better scrub some didn’t. I hope I don’t have to live with it till next service.

The cleaner arrived and did not take care to notice whether we had pets. He then left the front door open so his hose could come in and allowed our two cats to escape.

I like that I have no allergic reaction, nor do my pets while still getting beautifully clean carpets. The bonus is that they are almost dry by the time the technician leaves. Please do not misunderstand me. They are not completely dry but awfully close to it by comparison to other cleaners. My first experience with Zerorez was when I had tried to clean my own carpets & over wet them. If you’ve ever done the same, you know what a terrible sour smell comes with that method. Zerorez came to the rescue and made my soggy mess right & left me with fresh smelling, nearly dry carpets. Can’t say enough good about them!
