I was very disappointed in the tile cleaning in shower. The tech was unable to get spots out that I did after he left with a stiff brush. His equipment for the shower kept tripping my fuse. So not sure if that was the problem. I called to talk to someone to discuss but never received a call back with a message.

Also sone areas in my carpet you can see where the equipment stopped because there are definitive dark lines which appear to be where there were stopping points.

Otherwise the agent was very nice and polite. Maybe he just needs a little more training.

We used your grout sealing service last year, and had no problem. This year, the sealer is smeared around on the tiles. We attempted to remove it with a Shark steam cleaner (only water), after the application. Today, our cleaning lady used the same steam cleaner, but it is still on the ceramic tile.

Let me preface by saying our technician was very prompt and respectful, but with in a day I noticed that a lot of the water from the dirty tile was pushed up against the white baseboards. I’ve had a lot of back surgery , so it was very difficult for me to clean all these baseboards manually. We were putting the house in the market that next week. We did invest a lot of money, $ 566 I believe, so I anticipated a different result. The area rug also did not come near as clean as I’d hoped. Hate to complain, but maybe more training may be helpful. Thank you.

The technician was friendly, but the next day two stains resurfaced, one being a large coffee stain. And the hallway still looks dirty now that it's dry! And we never where shoes in my home, so I'm surprised that they didn't get my carpet cleaner. Maybe chemicals are necessary?
