Earnestness of technicians to do an excellent job. Over the decades I’ve used them, they have removed stains others could not.
Zerorez was amazing to work with and they did a fantastic job with cleaning our A/C ducts. They took before and after pictures to show us how dirty they were and then how squeaky clean after cleaning. We really enjoyed Aimen and his crew!

Prompt service and friendly staff
Felton, the person assigned to clean our offices was very courteous, professional, fast and pleasant to work with. The carpets had stains on them from our construction guys entering and leaving the office. By the time Felton finished cleaning the carpets, they looked brand new. He was able to get out all the oil stains in every office. We were so pleased and delighted that our Operations Manager wants Felton to come back next year and repeat the carpet cleaning process. I would surely recommend Felton at Zerorez to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned!
