Once again, very pleased with my services performed by Zerorez! Colton arrived exactly on time, very friendly, respectful and observant to my needs. Even suggested a few for me to consider. After seeing how professional and attentive to detail Colton was, I agreed to having our tile cleaned! What a wonderful surprise at how clean the grout was! Many times I have been approached by your other technicians to have that done, but always declined. We have been extremely satisfied carpet cleaning customers for over 15 years. We just had our ducts cleaned by you for the first time and were very pleased with the service. Very professional technician Erin and helper Alex. Clearly explained everything and completed the work in a timely manner. Then cleaned up and left our hose better than when they arrived.
Biggest thing I enjoy is my carpets always look much better after a visit from Zerorez. The techs that have done the work have been great to work with and the whole process has been very quick and easy to set up.
I already previously responded to one of these survey requests. To continue receiving these requests when I already provided feedback on your failures and when no one followed up on that original feedback only further reinforces my decision to not want to use your services again in the future.

The technician was detailed and fulfilled all my requests. He even went on to suggest, but not push other services. I did take Zerorez up on having my tile/grout cleaned. The service was on point, and the tile looks amazing. It actually looks like I installed a new tile, and mine is 20 years old. Would highly recommend Zerorez for punctuality, service, and quality.
They are honest and don't heap on a pile of unreasonable additional charges upon arrival like other companies. Their technician was really knowledgeable and obviously took pride in his work. Great job!

I have used Zerorez here in St. Augustine, but also in Atlanta where I was a Interior Designer, and in real estate. I recommended Zerorez because their system is far superior to the other carpet cleaning services that you have heard of for decades.
They carpet dries faster, and they get stains out of carpet and upholstery better than any other company - no doubt. Plus their technicians are a cut above! Most of the techs they have sent me have been with the company at least a year if not longer and actually do have experience. They didn't work at the local convenience store the day before. Colton did a great job on our carpets. He was thorough, professional, explained everything and finished our carpets in a timely manner. I also appreciate the streamlined process. As a busy professional I was able to book online saving time by not having to call, endure long wait times and then wait for an agent to gather all my information. Will definitely use Zerorez again!
