Prompt and efficient
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got an appointment; I was planning on having to wait a week but got an appointment within 48 hrs, TERRIFIC!! My 2nd surprise was how quickly and thoroughly our tech, Colton Bassett did the job! He was efficient, polite and had our carpets cleaned within an hour, AMAZING! Our carpet in our master bedroom looks & feels brand new as well as the carpet upstairs. He also cleaned to area rugs & they too look and feel nearly new. I’d heard for years how good Zerorez was but never callled; so very happy I did! Thank you
I wish they would have gone over spots a couple of more times. I think I was last appt. and they probably just wanted to go home! I will only be a morning (1st appt.) of day from now on!

Jake and Carter were very thorough and explained everything before they started the process. We aren't very happy with the job they did. Our rug looks very clean but it took a very long time to dry.
