Prompt, courteous, thorough
We had previously used Zerorez years ago and were overdue for another cleaning. Scheduling via chat/text was easy and able to book for that same weekend. The technician (Colton) arrived exactly when expected and was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable with helpful recommendations. In addition to the scheduled 4 rooms, Colton identified per my inquiry that he was also able to perform same-day grout cleaning/sealing. The carpet turned out great as expected, but we had no idea just how amazing the tile and grout would look after their own cleaning. We are blown away with the results and will continue to use Zerorez going forward. We already have a follow-up appointment scheduled for HVAC cleaning.
The tech did not get the coffee stains out of my carpet. I tried again with Harris vinegar and most of the stains came out. Kind of a waste of money hiring Zerorez

On Wed 10/4/23 we had our bedroom carpets cleaned. It was an exceptional experience. I received a call from Jacob saying he would arrive in 20 minutes. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and polite. He did a wonderful job and my carpets look great. Because of employees like Jacob, who have a great work ethic we will continue to use Zerorez and recommend them to friends and family.
