All types of services are provided. I had my area rug cleaned. I didn't realize how dingy the colors were until it was cleaned. It didn't take very long to dry.

This Zerorez company has been an excellent service company for years. I recently needed my office carpet cleaned on very short notice. I called and they made arrangements for my office to be cleaned on Saturday. The young man, Jacob, I believe, helped me roll chairs out of my office, so everything could get a thorough cleaning. I work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, so having any chemicals in my office environment would be detrimental to my patients. final estimate before job is $279 while initial estimate is $189, which is kinda a shock
to me even though the cleaner explained how the numbers are added up.
My carpet has heavy stains spots, after the carpet cleaning, most area are cleaned but the
heavy stains spots are still quite visible. I need to find a another carpet cleaning company
to redo these stains area. thanks.

The technician should have draped the entire adjacent area to the 2 items being cleaned.
The cleaning solution was sprayed all over the adjacent wooden/glass tables and floor.
NOT happy about that!!!

Very happy with the whole process and would recommend. Aaron & Alex were both very professional and nice. They thoroughly explained and showed everything to me. They did a less than stellar job with cleanup overall. While they vaccumed the mess from the supply vents, they missed cleaning the front 2 rooms. Then, they left 2 compressor hoses and a large knife in my son's room. I would/will use them again, but improvements can certainly be made.
