The couch was left streaky. The attention to detail was lacking. The major areas were mostly clean but once the couch fully dried it was obvious that the edges and the “high traffic” areas needed more attention. The rugs look great and the tech was very nice and professional.

I have had my area rugs sent off and cleaned by Zerorez and they came back fresh and clean. I’ve just had my wall-to-wall carpeting cleaned by Zerorez and it’s almost like new. I really didn’t think it could get that clean, especially after having some construction done at my house. My technician was super knowledgeable very polite. Very nice guy. He did a great job.
