The service provided by Doug Peterson, the Zeroex Service Tech, was great. It provided us with what we were seeking as well as an explanation of what was being done and what was done. That is, Doug kept us abreast of what he was going to do, asked us to 'check-out' the various tasks that he had completed, along with an overall review of the completed job. He also informed us of the other various services available through Zerorez. It was an overall good service we were provided.
