The cleaning solution has a nice citrus scent that is not overwhelming and the rep was very polite and willing to answer questions

They get the carpet clean, better than other services we have used. And they are very fast.

I think they may have not spent enough time on a couple small high traffic places. Those two were not as clean as usual (we have had Zerorez clean our carpets before).

2 things come to mind - it was tough to get through the phone line to ask about the time frame I was scheduled - can't this be assigned at the initial point of contact to have a little more time to prepare (ie moving futniture, etc.)?
I would suggest that the tech put his shoe covers (don't know what they're called)on in the house rather than outside and then walking back and forth outside/in into dirt, etc. and coming back in. Just my thoughts..

I had your services two days in a row. My carpet still had stay as I noticed some differences in the service. Both were great but the first a guy was being trained. They used the orange number cards but no tarp on my wood floor. The second service did. I am not sure but I don't think the trainer used a carpet rake like the second visit. Both visits were very nice people. The second was very good in explaining your process / machines in truck. One think I noticed and this lies in my poor understanding perhaps but the two visits did have differences in advice in how to get a stain up from carpet. I suggest a sheet with helpful directions and or recipes for stains so al techs give out same advice

I really couldn't tell how good a job they did on the dryer duct since I couldn't see in the area they were working. They were very accommodating, professional and helpful. I will probably have my carpet cleaned by Zerorez.

The man who serviced Maplewood Village Building 4 worked his tail off! He had to work alone and encountered several problems but tackled them well. I was the contact person for this big job and have not heard anything bad. I think everyone was pleased. I know I was.

The services are a little more expensive but worth it. I feel the areas that were cleaned were done thoroughly. Good spot removal. The technician was easy to work with.

Great service. The technicians we dealt with were very thorough and friendly and didn't rush their work. We had two follow up visits for two different areas that were treated for cat urine. These were tough spots that required a lot of extra work to get the smell out, but the tech was very dilligent both times. The original visit inlcuded regular carpet cleaning, too, which was done very well and got out some tough stains in my daughters' rooms.
