The gentlemen arrived for the appointment promptly. They were very courteous of me and my property. The products were fresh smelling, did not leave a wet residue. All the way around it was a good experience and I will call Zero Rez in the future if I need my carpets cleaned again.

Always do a fantastic job and if something doesn't get out of the carpet they come back. When appt is made they are always on time, very fependable.

Comes in a self-contained unit, everything on the truck that is needed. The service man, Mike, was wonderful and amicable. He listened to my concerns, reviewed his procedures, and went straight to work. There was no residue or smell, as sometimes happens with wet carpet, and the carpet dried quickly, as promised.

Mike went through the house and the carpets look so nice. While he was here, he did a couple of chairs for me as well, which turned out fabulous. I was afraid with my pets, I'd have to trash them and buy new, but with cleaning, turned out as good as new, which also saved me money.

You have a fantastic service man in Mike, and hope that he is well appreciated by the company, as he was very appreciated here. I will no longer tackle shampooing carpets myself, but will have this done more often.

It is clean and safe for families with allergies. The technician was prompt (on the early end of the timeframe I was given for arrival; he communicated well and up front about services available and the cost; the service was provided quickly; and he took care as he worked around my home

I believe he did a excellent job. The only thing I was concerned about was nothing
this gentleman did. It was myself. I had mentioned a few places where there were
very light stains. I did not check before he left,(my fault) I was hopeful since
they were light, that the cleaning would have removed them. It did not.
I should have gone through to check those before he left. He went right to work,
Got the job done.
I asked him a couple of questions (this was before he had started) his answers
were quite helpful. We have lived in our home for 30 some years, this is the first
time to replace carpet. So kinda picky.
Thank You for your service. You may get a call next year.
