I like that it is all natural and the carpet looked the cleanest then ever before after it was cleaned with your service for the first time. The service was great. We received a call the day before stating the time that the service tech would be there and the service tech also called the day of and said what time he would be there within minutes of service. The tech guy was friendly and courteous.

The technician was thorough and efficient, and completed the work very quickly. The company offered two follow up cleanings to address stubborn stains at no additional cost.

I was very pleased with the quality of the cleaning and with Mark, the technician. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He went the extra mile to be sure I was satisfied with the service before he packed up his equipment to leave. I plan to schedule the same technician for next year when I have my carpets cleaned. Best carpet leaning we have ever had. Our 11 year old carpet looks new. The product smells amazing and I wish I could have it this way every day. The tech was very professional and informed us of everything he was going to do in the house. I will use zero res from now on.
