Dried in a good amount of time, smelled fresh and lemony but that only lasted for a short time, after 5 years of no cleanings, was very pleased ,, fella missed a few spots that I had to point out, like directly under cupboard on the dining room side, was still dry,, he did however take care of, also still a bit dirt under airflow vents,, but other than that a good 9! Very pleased and I will be using you again someday.

Our carpets were clean, smelled fresh, and spots were gone. Our technician did a very nice job of explaining what he was going to do and responding to my concerns about particularly dirty areas. The prices were competitive for the services requested and provided. We were able to get an appointment much quicker than I would have expected.

They arrived when they said, the carpet turned out like it was new. It also didn't take them long to do.

The serviceman was extremely professional, down to business, and up front about all of our concerns. The carpet dried EXTREMELY quickly which was super helpful with Christmas just a day away. I also really liked that it was super easy to make an appointment and when I had questions and additions to my initial service request, prior to my cleaning, the service staff gladly accommodated my concerns and I was able to add on the cleaning of my couch!

HOW GOOD OF JOB THEY DID
Carpets came out great. The Zerorez employee was very nice and also very professional. Arrived promptly and answered questions I had.
Zerorez was timely, courteous and professional in all respects The results at our home were about 98% excellent and when I reflected that there were a couple of small stains that were not completely removed, they immediately contacted me and arranged a return visit to try to address the issue. This was even after I had told them that the return visit wasn't necessary and that overall I was very satisfied. Their unsolicited action to attempt to make us 100% satisfied (rather than "98%") was immediate and genuine. That return visit has not yet occurred, but I am confident that they will make every effort to resolve the issues. I am a realtor and have and will recommend Zerorez to my clients.
Zerorez works! No other cleaning has done the great job that Zerorez does to get out pet and all other kinds of stains. The carpet looks great for a long time. Very good experience. Called ahead, a bit early even; was right on time. Very pleasant employee who did a very thorough job. He was also conscientious of some ceiling treatment that blew off in the process (that spot was weak anyway and was not his or Zerorez's fault).He worked really hard to keep things neat as the storm was in progress and it was hard not to track in a lot of snow.
