You can hardly tell where the difference from the area where it had never seen the light of day compared to the heavy traffic area where my dog lounges in the sun.

I like that you do not use any chemicals in the carpet because I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, and 1 child.
I do, however, wish that the service technician would have shown me the areas that he found impacted by my animals prior to putting on the treatment. I think it would have been nice to know the areas to watch should the treatment not have worked.

Our technician was very polite, knowledgeable and hard working. He always wore shoe covers and set up protective guards around doors, etc so the hoses didn't damage any of our wood work.

There is no soap residue and it dries quickly. Our serviceman this time was Cody. He was very conscientious and helpful. He even helped us move furniture. We will ask for him next time we need carpet cleaned.
