My older carpet looked amazing afterward! However, I should have been notified about the extra Bio fee for having had dogs in the house (and pee spots). I wasn't too happy when I thought I had a good deal, but then feeling like I needed to spend the $60 so my house wouldn't smell like urine. Please tell people about that up front!!

The last 5 times I had zerorez do the same areas of my house the representative was here for over 1 hour very thorough and conscientious. This time took around 30 minutes I was at work and a friend came to let them in. He arrived 30 minutes early, not a problem. But now I am going to have to schedule them to come back as there are a couple of spots that did not get cleaned properly.

Very friendly, efficient, good job. Only wish that they would open the doors (or ask if they could) to clean the carpet by the door. I had water damage last year, and noticed after gone that the carpet wasn't cleaned into the store room.
