The Dryer Vent cleaning is a must in every home. Didn't realize how important until we got our vent cleaned out the first time and saw all the lint in it. Will schedule a cleaning each year. The vacuum they use is very efficient in getting the whole vent cleaned out.

We were first time customers. Cody was our technician and he provided excellent service. He was very respectful of our home and did a great job! Our carpets looked wonderful! We will use Zerorez again.
The first person you sent out did a terrible job... the second one you sent out to fix it did a wonderful job.....you should have seen what he got out of the carpet after it was supposedly already cleaned. Also...the "orange peel treatment" was never done the first time....so it ended smelling worse when he was done. I could smell it immediately when it was done the second time it was cleaned and I have been very satisfied with the results.

Very thorough cleaning. The person that came to clean my carpets spent 2x as long as past companies I have used. The machine also seemed to have a ton of sucking power. The carpet is pulled up with every pass that is made. I will never call another company again.
