Zerorez fit their services into my schedule. The technicians explained the probable outcome of the carpet cleaning because we had several old stains and candle wax on light blue Berber carpet. We were very happy. Wax came out and only I can tell where the stains were. The technicians were courteous and did the cleaning quickly and thoroughly.

I did notice in the basement, the carpet dried with a pattern of darker lines where the equipment had been. This doesn't seem correct. Similar situation in upstairs living room area. Would like an explanation for this.....

There is no residue left to attract dirt and the carpet dries quickly. Our serviceman, Cory is very conscientious and does a very good job. We'll ask for him again.

The cleaning was done quietly and efficiently and left everything looking fresh and new even though the carpet is 17 years old. Many thanks. Would like to have a little longer notice on scheduling. At least 24 hours or at least 2. I waited two hours for a notice that was only twenty minute long and I could have used the two hours for other things.
