The fact that our carpet isn’t drenched with liquid! However, I would like to see more promotions when a customer is spending the money to have the entire house cleaned that they cut a little off on the furniture cleaning or a better discount on the carpet pricing. Promoting more packaged deals!

tHE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT BUT I HAD A COUPLE STAINS HE WASN'T ABLE TO GET OUT. oNE WAS POP AND ONE WAS ALITTLE BLUE STAIN FROM MY GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER MAKING SLIME. OTHERWIS MY CARPET LOOKS GREAT

Howard Ruter was very professional and cared about our home and your company. He even wore shoe covers and placed cone protectors around our stair railings. He took time to explain Zerorez. I appreciated that.

The representative that came to our house and cleaned the carpet was very professional, good attitude, effective, and efficient. I believe the cleaning was very satisfactory, even though we had one room where the previous owners pets had urinated. Unfortunately we had to go ahead and remove that carpet, so wasted money and your efforts on that room. That was not the technician's fault, simply a mess the previous owner left for us.
