I called after 5pm on Friday and received a phone call on Saturday morning from a Zerorez representative. I asked about the pricing and how soon I could schedule having my home air ducts cleaned. She looked at her calendar and was able to schedule me for Monday morning.
The gentleman, Cody, called prior to let me know what his estimated time of arrival would be. He arrived timely and explained how the process would be done. We examined the furnace and checked for all of the registers and returns in the house and then he went to work. I loved the fact that he used foot covers to protect my floors since it was snowy and wet outside. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
