The technician explained products and services, but did not promise that he could remove some really bad stains.The carpet does look much better,but not all the stains came out, even with the redo. I feel that I received good value for the cost.

I had a rug cleaned by zerorez. It looks clean; I think it is clean. But, it doesn't smell clean. It doesn't smell bad, but it doesn't have that good citrus smell I smell after my carpets have been cleaned. Perhaps I'm saying it doesn't smell fresh and clean. Just wondering. Name removed

What do you like about our products and services?

Saturday appointments and on time arrival by a professional carpet cleaner is the reason for my rating of excellent. Rick (carpet cleaner) is honest and respectful. Rick took the time to explain the process and also set the expectations for what could and couldn't be done. Pricing was fair for high level of service. I would recommend Zerorez without question!
