I had a rug cleaned by zerorez. It looks clean; I think it is clean. But, it doesn't smell clean. It doesn't smell bad, but it doesn't have that good citrus smell I smell after my carpets have been cleaned. Perhaps I'm saying it doesn't smell fresh and clean. Just wondering. Name removed

What do you like about our products and services?

Saturday appointments and on time arrival by a professional carpet cleaner is the reason for my rating of excellent. Rick (carpet cleaner) is honest and respectful. Rick took the time to explain the process and also set the expectations for what could and couldn't be done. Pricing was fair for high level of service. I would recommend Zerorez without question!

Zerorez was very professional and up to the task of cleaning our carpets. In and out in under 1.5hrs and our carpets looked brand new again. Highly recommend this company!

I really appreciated the courtesy call from the technician letting me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He was very professional and did a great job. My 10 year old carpet looks almost new again. I would recommend Zerorez and will use their service again.
