one month ago Aaron Anderson did many of our carpets & Mary & I were so pleased. We requested Aaron again because he did such a complete & satisfying job and to take advantage of the $99 deal but could not be promised Aaron. And we didn't get Aaron as our applicator but Brian. Brian arrived early, notifying us by phone. He was meticulous, pleasant, professional. So...Aaron or Brian is completely approved as our Zerorez applicators. The carpets look really clean without having them feel wet. The service guys have always been pleasant when they have cleaned my carpet. I would recommend them to anyone that wants their carpets cleaned professionally.

Extremely pleased with my first experience with Zerorez. My tech (Brian) was running ahead of schedule and I wasn't quite ready yet so he waited patiently for me to vacuum my carpet and get my kids corralled. I have cream colored carpet and two toddlers so needless to say there were spots and stains everywhere! And my carpet looks as good as new now! It's beautiful! I will definitely be a return customer and I recommend them to anyone!

I love the 3 room $99 special and I love that after prepping the carpet the guy uses that brush thing to lift the carpet before using the water. I plan to schedule a cleaning next year like I have the past 3!

I had my carpets cleaned by a different company about a year ago - I had never hired the job before so didn't know what to expect. The gentleman who did it then was kind of surly and I felt that he rushed through the job.
This year, I called zerorez and things could not have been more different. Justin was so friendly and especially accommodating when I asked for an additional add-on service (just as he was finishing up the planned work). I appreciate that he spent a lot of time working on the problem areas in my carpet and I am so very pleased with the end result.
