The service tech Cody was great! Very professional and polite. Did not try to upsell me or mis lead me in anyway. He took his time cleaning our air ducts and was just a good guy.

cleaning a carpet with really hot water doesn't really make sense to me, but after seeing the color of the water after cleaning my carpet sold me on Zerorez.

My carpet had several stains on it and the technician worked and got all them out or lighter with the exception of the paint stains. I knew those wouldn't come out.

Carpet looks very clean and nice. Good products. Great tech.
