We were very pleased with the whole experience with Zerorez in geting out carpets cleaned. From the person that was very helpful in getting our appointment set up to the technician that gave a heads up prior to arriving and his work ethic once he started cleaning. All in all we are glad we called Zerorez.

Showed up on time, with a call ahead of about 15-20 minutes. Finished the job in a reasonable amount of time and were able to remove some tough stains from the carpet.

Love the spot remover!! I had an old cola stain on my beige carpet. Poured some Zerorez spot remover on it, left it for about five minutes, used white paper towels to soak it up. I stepped on the paper towels to get it all up. It took up all of the stain and it didn't come back up like some cleaners let it do. Love this product!!!!! I also use your company for all my carpet cleaning.

One of my best friends, Pam Dixon, was a huge fan of Zerorez. She passed away this year and when the need arose to have carpets cleaned I took Pam's advice and was very happy that I did. Your staff person did a great job and was wonderful to work with.
