I like that Zerorez is very reasonably priced and the cleaning was very thoroughly done. I wasn't there for the appointment, but my Dad said the cleaner was very polite.

Howard is a very pleasant man and did the job as expected. The 13 year old carpet that we have very little history of (we moved in 3 years ago) looks substantially better. With the rejuvenated look we are hoping to squeeze a few more year out of the carpet before we replace it.
