my carpet is from the 90s and it made it look a lot better maybe new carpet would have been better but it really helped it and it looks nice and I was very happy with the way it looked and he got all the spots out which really shocked me but I was very very happy and yes I would do this again and I would recommend zerorez to my friends

We had our carpets cleaned yesterday by Robbie and he did an absolute amazing job!! He explained the process and even got out stubborn stains caused by our 2 dogs and 2 toddlers! He made us feel comfortable and was confident and proud of his work! Will definately continue to use ZeroRez and will speficially request Robbie! :)

They are the only company that has gotten out every kind of stain and offers advice on how to properly care of and treat a stain ourselves with their spot cleaning solution. Professional on the phone, courteous in person and easy to work with.

I had my carpets treated and cleaned. I am very happy with the results since they had never been cleaned after they were installed.
The service person was very knowledgeable about the product and process and explained it to me before starting.
He was prompt and called before arriving.
I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.

I was impressed with the service person. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the product and process. He was on time and called before arriving. The air ducts and dryer vent was clean--he had pictures to prove it.
I have already recommended Zerorez to a couple of friends.

The staff is friendly and the service is thorough and fairly quick. The drying time is minimal compared to other Carpet Cleaning servicers and to the rental units. I am a repeat customer and I do recommend Zerorez to people who are looking for a good carpet and upholstery cleaning service.

you always have friendly and professional service technicians. they always do a great job. I love the fact that you use all natural cleaning products. My carpet stays cleaner, longer. Noah was my service tech and I was very pleased and impressed with him. In fact I requested they send him next year also!
