Had our carpet done by you a few months ago. It has stayed nice looking and that is due to no residue left behind. Only reason we cleaned so soon is we had two spots from chili being spilled on our light colored carpet. Your employee did an excellent job getting this out. Both experiences have had a great outcome.

Love that Zerorez cleans without the use of chemicals and leave my carpet spotless... Literally. Appreciated being given 2 bottles of enzyme-based spray for free in case any smell came back, which it didn't, because Zerorez is amazing.

The two gentleman that came to clean our carpet were very cordial and courteous and explained every step of the process. I was also very appreciated that with the cold weather that had a device that they put in front of the entry door to reduce the amount of heat loss from the house. i would highly recommend Zerorez to all of my friends!

I've had Zerorez clean my carpets at least 3 times. The first time it came out light & fluffy & I've never in my life had a carpet fluffy after it's been cleaned, so I was very impressed. However, the last 2 times I've had them cleaned, I haven't had the fluffy carpet any more. Is that because they used something on the carpet for pet odors??
