Clean water means no soap residue. Noise is outside in the work van. Carpet is almost 24 years old. Now looks brand new again. Sam very hard worker, friendly.

This is the second time for ZeroRez...We had Stanley Steemer in the interim--Not bad per se; just not as good as ZR....The job went fairly quickly ...The workers were very courteous and wore "booties" to keep the floor clean...Our 9 year old light grey carpet got pretty beat up by our three dogs over the long winter and looks much better than expected ...We also had some stain resist applied....Reasonably priced as well...Our neighbor(who has dogs) saw the results and is going to give them a call ....

Just had my carpets cleaned by Noah. He had the courtesy call 30 mins prior to let me know he was on his way. Noah is a very nice guy. Thoroughly explained the process and products. He went above and beyond my expectations to help get the best results possible! It turned out amazing better than I thought for sure. I am so happy. Most definitely would recommend to others.
