Nick was so awesome! We were very familiar with the carpet process but were new to the duct cleaning and he was so informative and explained the whole process before he began. My kids' favorite part is the booties left behind and my favorite part is the bottle of liquid gold spot remover left behind. Thanks so much - another fantastic outcome!
