This is the 2nd time we used your service and both times are very pleased . Like the way it is done as leaves no mess and not very much moisture left in carpet. Turned fans on and heat up and before 24 hrs could put everything back in place as dried out that good.

Yes, the carpet was amazing and he did a great job but as a representative of zerorez you should be proud. Employees like him are a company's greatest asset. Dont put him in an office as his skills in face to face customer service are outstanding.
