It seemed like he knows the process very well and gets it done quick. I also liked how he explained that it would dry faster when it’s cooler or with just a fan rather than putting heat to it to help dry it. Thank you again for a great experience!

Your staff is courteous and knowledgeable. They take their time in answering questions and take pride in the job they do. Robbie was our tech and he did great job. I love how the carpet smells, there is no sticky residue left behind and the 23 yea old berber in the basement looks brand new again.
