It was easy to make a timely appointment. The serviceman arrived at the stated time and did a great job on the carpets.

I know clean air ducts are healthier for you and I am hoping for a decrease in dust throughout the house. The service was performed by Colt who explained each step very thoroughly. He answered all questions and was always asking if I had questions, checking for understanding. He was very kind., knowledgeable, and accommodating and left the area very clean and tidy.

Eric the technician was very courteous and thoroughly explained the details of the cleaning process and the aftercare, and answered any questions. He was very careful with the hoses and equipment inside the house. Together we looked at the rooms to be cleaned to identify stains and high traffic areas needing extra attention. As he cleaned, he asked me to look at each room for satisfaction before moving on to the next room. He worked steadily and efficiently until completed. My carpets look great and I am very satisfied with the cleaning job done by Eric. Thanks, Eric and Zerorez!

This was our first time having Zerorez clean our carpets. Larry and his teammate did a great job. Our carpets are just like we hear in the ads...clean, fluffy, not stiff, and dried quickly. Larry called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, explained the process when he arrived, and explained what had been done before he left. The three room special definitely helped us choose Zerorez.
