Eric did a great job. When I told him I was concerned that my bamboo flooring couldn't take water from cleaning my area rug, he offered to take it out and clean it on the driveway. He showed me with the black light that the cat had done more damage than I originally thought. I appreciate that he explained that the odor could come back and at some point might be cheaper to replace the carpet on the landing rather than continued cleaning. Thank you for the service. I have hired zerorez several times myself and have gifted cleanings to others and it is always appreciated.
