There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. You go over every question I may have. You ask about the estimated cost before starting. You protect the walls and corners in the house. It doesn't take long but it's done well!!! I cant have strong smells and there wasn't any! It dried fast and no stains resurfaced. You also had an availability fast! I did day care in my basement and had a dog that would go down there when she was having stomach issues. So even though I had spot cleaned as needed, I could tell how much cleaner it was after you did it. I could sell my house with confidence that the downstairs carpet was truly clean. Thank you!

My carpet looks and smells great!! My carpet is almost 30 yrs old. I have dogs rabbits and a teenager. So our carpet is well used! Brandon the cleaning technician knows his stuff and how the products work. He explained in detail what would work best.
