A window of time to have our carpet cleaned was readily available, even though I called during the busy holidays. Our Zerorez ambassador called to let us know he was coming, arrived when he said he would and worked very energetically to complete the task at hand. He was polite, personable and very thorough. The entire process did not take as long as I would have expected and the results were amazing!

We have used Zerorez since you first came to Des Moines around 20 some years ago. Our carpet is 35 years old and unlike other carpet cleaners we've had previously, Zerorez leaves our carpet spotless, and it stays looking that way. After four months of dust and contractors in and out of our house, we thought our rug and carpets might be a lost cause. After Augie cleaned everything they look and feel great! I like the fact when your people get here they come in and look over what I wanted done. Once we are both on the same page, those guys went right to work and didn’t mess around. My carpets looked brand new again and they didn’t feel “crunchy”! This is the second time I’ve used Zerorez and will continue to call them in the future.
Robbie, the technician, was great! He did a good job and went out of his way to give us tips on how to handle stains in the future. He got done in record time too.
