I like the non-toxic water cleaning. Gabriel and Mason were so polite, and made sure I checked the upholstery as they completed cleaning each piece of furniture. They did not hesitate to retreat some stubborn spots. My only disappointment was the price for upholstery cleaning as compared to the specials you offer for carpet cleaning.

It is not chemicals. I felt the price was was fair. They did a good job & they tech was knowledgeable about what he does & gave us tips on our carpets.

I was happy that most stains came out. Plus there was no smell from cat urine. I didn't like that I had to vacuuum first.

Was on a very tight timeline and really needed carpets cleaned by the weekend. Got a great price and Angel made it happen. Very trustworthy and he did an excellent job.

The CSR quickly set me up with an appointment within a few days of the call. ZeroRez called to confirm the appointment the day before coming, and the technician called approximately 30 minutes before arriving at our house.

Professional technician....friendly..knowledgeable..efficiently cleaned the carpets. I let them dry overnight before walking on the carpet. Our carpets looked like new.

I had a condo I was renting to my niece who has two dogs. There were multiple stains, including some on the stairs and Zerorez took care off all of them. During a showing to my realtor many people commented there was no indication of pet presence in the condo.
