I have used you for many years. However, one room (old carpet) didn't come out as well as expected and I am scheduled for a re-cleaning Aug 9. We'll see if it can be made to look a little better.
It's eco friendly and I worked well on all the stains in a 20 year old very light colored carpet. It took out my Pomeranian/chihuahua's pee spots.

Due to the nature of the carpet stains, the Zerorez technician had to come out twice to fully get rid of them. He worked really hard on them and explained what he was doing along the way as well as what I could do in the future to prevent such stains. The end result was clean carpets! Thank you so much!!

THe technician was very knowledgable and friendly. He completed the work quickly, did a great job. The carpet was dry in a few hours and looked and smelled new
