No residue. Carpets feel good to walk or sit on and look a lot better. Zach did a thorough job; he was friendly and easy to work with. Also, he was kind to my small dog who is very curious about new people.

The technician was very well informed on the process and had suggestions to help maintain the carpet for the future.

I found spots spotted throughout the cleaning area, not many but enough to be visible to my boss. The young man who did the cleaning was great and professional he work hard and did not mess around and got the job done. I would recommend ZEROREZ to anyone who needs a carpet cleaner.

No offensive odors, speed and quick-drying. Also impressed with how the technicians protected near-by furniture/objects and wall corners to prevent splatters. Also very impressed with the two attending technicians by the names of Lou and Dakota. Both are good ambassadors for ZEROREZ.
