Rolando was efficient and courteous. The stretching of the rug seems to have worked well. The carpet looks very good. The feel of the carpet is wonderful. Only a couple of stains that did not come out completely. Coffee with Cream is always a tough one. We will be return customers when needed.
The residue typically left after carpet cleaning was the reason I didn't get my carpets cleaned for 2 1/2 years. After seeing how highly recommended Zerorez came by friends at leaving no residue, I decide to give it a tray and I could not be happier!!
