I was pretty happy after I had my carpets cleaned, but after a few days, several of the spots returned and I also realized that there was a spot that seemed to have been missed altogether (I didn't have the time to walk all areas immediately after cleaning). I wrote about those issues in my prior survey request and Zerorez responded right away to apologize and to offer a reservice on those spots. I took them up on the offer and am really glad a did. This is what customer service should be!
I love that Zerorez gets stains out for good, and the carpet is not stiff or "crispy" feeling after it dries.

The gentleman that came to our house was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and thorough. He took the time to explain the technology and showed me a video that discussed some of the chemistry. I believe his name was Vance. It was just a pleasant experience all around. He is definitely an employee that you should value; he did a great job representing your company. I would definitely recommend zerorez to friends/family based on this experience.
