John was great and very informative about what he was going to do and how he was going to remove the animal urine in an area on our 2 year old carpet. The patented cleaning water was a great tool in the cleaning process. The brushing of the carpet before he started with any cleaning stuff was great too. He priced areas as per needed, then we all agreed on the final price and he went to work. WOW it just looks so great and smelled clean and deodorized. The enzymatic cleaner he used really helps to break down the gunk in the carpet so it can lift up and go away. In a previous carpet cleaning (from a different company) was more of a glorified steam clean; this company was completely different. John was very communicative and listened to all our wants/needs and did exactly what we asked! Great job and we will definitely use this company again! Thank you John

I just moved into a home I purchased which had a couple areas of significant dog urine stains. Rolando and Mason were the technicians on the job and they went above and beyond to remedy these issues. The procedures were pricey but so worth the money! Rolando walked me through a few options, one of which was to remove the pad. He pulled back the carpet only to discover a vapor barrier on the back of the carpet as well as a pad with a vapor barrier. I was fortunate the previous homeowners went through this expense, but the ultra treatment Rolando suggested in my situation really paid off! He bought me a few years and I gratefully appreciate it!
