Like that they are greener than some others. Tech (John) arrived on time and explained everything very well. I opted to get the protector, so I'm hoping that it looks as good 6 months from now. The dingy area which is the route from kitchen through the main living area which to me was very obvious on a cream carpet has come up well - also hoping it stays that way for a little bit. Very pleased. If I had one criticism it's that I wish the wand was capable of getting the dust that settles along the edge next to the baseboards - though it appears better than it did before. Don't think anyone else could have made a better job. Took a little while to dry, but worth it.
Carpets came out very nice. Workers had friendly nature and explained thongs as they went through the carpet cleaning process.They were on time and job well done.
Technician was on time, very friendly/professional and completed the work in a respectful amount of time. Carpets dried in a short amount of time and technician was able to remove all the trouble spots.

The product is perfect for my two pets🐘🐐and no more smell. The carpet came back to life, bright and looked quite refreshing, John was so kind, knowledgeable, showed me many aspects of what the time frame is, how he will start his cleaning. He called to let me know when to expect him
