Sam was great! After the last time I hired a carpet cleaning company I was ready to go to "battle" for the three rooms I wanted cleaned. I thought for sure that because there is a walkway through the rooms that I would have to work something out. But I didn't. Sam was polite and professional and said they don't work that way. Then he upsold me on the stairs :). The carpet came out great, it did take longer to dry (more than a day) but I'm very happy with Zerorez and we will have them out to do the upstairs soon.

I had a recliner cleaned it was very dirty and stained. Zerorez cleaned it and it looks like I just bought it at the furniture store not to mention how great it smelled. Thanks Zerorez.

I liked that the room smelled CLEAN when he was finished, not like CLEANER! Also, the man who did it was very polite and thorough.

The friendly employees, the time of arrival was actually on-time and called within half hour of arrival and that you do not use any soap products.

The technician (John Walton) who worked on our carpets was amazing. He seemed to work tirelessly on our carpets and some of the stubborn stains on both the carpets and a couch he cleaned for us. He was also extremely polite. We are extremely pleased with our resulting beautiful coach and carpets, as well as John--we'd have him back in a heartbeat.

First of all, we truly liked Kenny, our technician. He clearly explained the various levels of service he could provide. While he didn't push "extras" on us, he did make a good case for some options, and we were glad we made the decision to upgrade. He was punctual, took his time, was very careful with our furnishings, and answered each of our questions in a professional manner. Our carpets look great, and we are pleased. The next time we need to have our carpets cleaned here in Colorado Springs, we plan to request Kenny.
