I appreciate that you don't use a soap-based solution to clean the carpet so there's no residue to attract dirt and hopefully the carpets stay clean longer. My tech, Angel, was wonderful and did not push to sell me more than I was quoted.

The man that did the cleaning was very nice. The carpet didn't come as clean as I would have liked, but maybe the carpet is getting old. Over all I am happy with the job.

Parker, the tech that came to work out the spots that came back is a great guy! He did a procedure that did not solve the problem, at first, but we worked it out. Please know that we will only use him to do our carpets. He is very customer service oriented, and is always fast, polite, and knows his job, and how to get the problems solved.
