Our tech, Angel, carefully considered with me what would be best for our carpet. We had a severe dog-urine problem on BRAND NEW CARPET!! He worked with me to find the best solution and we are enormously relieved our carpet has been saved. Angel was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I felt fortunate to have had him as a tech.

Thoroughness, courtesy, and professionalism. Our technician, Tim, was very patient in explaining all of our options and explaining the process completely. Tim also performed a couple of additional services at a discounted rate, and took his time completing the work. He reminded us that we can contact customer support for any issues that weren't resolved to our satisfaction (which we haven't had any). Will definitely continue to use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning needs!

Zerorez is AMAZING! I'm a Realtor and have a vacant listing needing some carpet love. They were able to get up some very tough large stains and also suggested stretching carpet in two of the bedrooms. It looks almost like brand new carpet now! Thank you!!
