Hayden did the best thing first that any services provider should ... he listened to what I wanted! He then properly set my expectations about what I wanted (essentially can't turn back time on the carpet wear) and then delivered better than those expectations. I'd say promote Hayden, but I want other customers to experience the same service ... so, give him a raise!

So far the products are holding up very well. Taylor was quite efficient and thorough. He always had time for me if I had a question. I am very happy with Taylor and the work that he did.

I liked being able to set up my own appointment. The person who came out was very professional and efficient. Very little moisture was left in the carpet, and it was dry within a few hours. My carpet looks great.

Service was great. I apologize that I don't remember our cleaners name. One question...our carpet was very wet after the cleaning, last time it was not. Took over a day and night to dry. Why the difference?
