We liked your employees. They were very caring

The initial cleaning left some stains behind and I was not happy with the results. This sometimes happens. Zerorez came out again and the carpet looks great - almost all the stains came out and those that didn't are far less noticeable. It's not that the carpets came clean that impresses me though. David was terrific when making the initial follow up call and Gabriel way awesome on the second trip to my home. The way the handled my dissatisfaction has made me a loyal customer!

Sam Rosas upsold the dog cleaning solution and scotch guard. Your truck had tile/grout cleaning services noted on the side. As we walked through the residence with Sam we inquired about cleaning the kitchen tile/grout. Sam explained how he would proceed with cleaning it for us. The carpet came out beautiful and the kitchen tile/grout was amazing. Whatever he used was a miracle. We could not have been happier.

Environmentally friendly, family friendly with polite technicians

After second visit, the tea stain was removed. I like the fact that the carpet dried more rapidly than with other methods. The original contact with customer service was pleasant. The call from a supervisor regarding the stain was pleasant and professional. The technician who came to my home was professional, clean and neat, no visible tattoos or body piercings, knew his stuff.

Zerorez is the only company that can get rid of pet stains. Rolando is also the only one I've met who can get rid of a red Kool Aid stain. Please don't ever let him leave!
